Wizkid scores fourth Billboard Hot 100 entry

Chris Brown tapped Wizkid for his Afrobeats-inspired single ‘Call Me Everyday’ which is one of the songs in his latest album ‘Breezy’.

This becomes Wizkid’s fourth entry on America’s official music chart after previously recording entries with Drake’s 2016 hit single ‘One Dance’ which peaked at number one, Beyoncé’s ‘Brown Skin Girl’ which reached Number 76 on the chart, and ‘Essence’ featuring Tems and Justin Bieber which peaked at number 9.

Lojay had an eventful year in 2021. The newcomer collaborated with veteran music producer Sarz for the ‘LV N ATTN’ project, which produced songs such as ‘Tonogo,’ ‘LV N ATTN’ featuring Wizkid, and ‘Monalisa. Lojay took to Instagram a few weeks ago to reveal that a remix for ‘Monalisa‘ is on the way, and he asked fans to guess who would be on it. While many people guessed Justin Bieber and Drake for fun, Lojay confirmed Chris Brown as the artist on the remix on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022. Sarz agreed, and they both shared the video teaser on their Instagram accounts.

Chris Brown reportedly under investigation for beating a woman in his house

According to TMZ, the yet-to-be-identified lady revealed that the music star smacked the back of her head so hard her weave came off.

No arrests have been made but authorities confirmed to TMZ that police responded to his home over the alleged incident.

He was reportedly named a suspect in the police report.

The is the second time in two years that the music star will be under investigation.

It would be recalled that in 2019, the music star was arrested in Paris over a rape allegation.

A 24-year-old lady reported that she was raped by the music star at his hotel room in January 2019.

She reportedly told police that the pair met at a nightclub in central Paris, close to the Champs-Elysées, before they returned to the hotel.
