Davido & Chioma’s son, Ifeanyi reported dead

According to the news that circulated on social media, Ifeanyi who clocked 3 eleven days ago fell into a pool where he was found drowned. He was later rushed to a hospital in Lekki where he was confirmed dead on arrival.

The news of Ifeanyi’s death was first brought to the attention of Nigerian actress Eniola Badmus who posted a cryptic message of a heartbreak emoji on her Instagram story before it was later deleted.

Similarly, media personality Daddy Freeze also suggested the news might be true when he shared that he won’t be having his usual live session tonight because of the painful loss suffered by someone close to him.

Celebrities including comedians Ayo Makun and Lasisi Elenu have both reacted to the news and described it as unfortunate.

As of the time of filling this report, Davido’s family is yet to confirm the news of his son’s death.

Davido calls out INEC for failing to issue certificate of return to his uncle days after winning Osun gov election

The music star took to his Twitter page on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, where he called out the umpire body. 48hrs after our @AAdeleke_01 victory at the Osun Gubernatorial elections, we are yet to receive our certificate. @inecnigeria should we send you fuel money? LOL Please no one should tamper with the will of the Osun People! Issue the certificate as required by law!” he tweeted.

This is coming barely 48 hours after INEC declared Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party as the winner of the July 16 gubernatorial election in Osun State.

Adeleke polled 403,371 votes to defeat the incumbent governor of the state, Gboyega Oyetola, who polled 375,027 votes.

The PDP candidate won the governorship election with 28,344 votes.

Adeleke won 17 of the 30 Local Government Areas in the state.

This is the second time Adeleke and Oyetola will face each other in a gubernatorial contest.

In 2018, Oyetola defeated Adeleke after a rerun, which took place in seven polling units.

The incumbent governor won the election with 482 votes.

Controversial United Kingdom-based pastor Tobi Adeboyega has been spotted spraying Nigerian music star, Davido, pounds in a nightclub.

Dressed in a baseball jacket and several gold necklaces the pastor was seen dancing with the music star as he performed his latest single, ‘Ke Star‘ featuring Focalist.

Adeboyega is the founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC Nation), also known as the NXTION Family, a Pentecostal Church based in London, England. The flamboyant pastor has been caught in several controversies within and outside the church.

In 2021, the pastor took to social media, where he shared videos of his exotic cars.

Adebgoyega lives in a mansion valued at £2.5 million and drives flashy cars, such as an orange and a yellow Lamborghini, a black Mercedes Benz G-Wagon SUV, a black Brabus and a black Range Rover SUV.

These cars according to TheWillNigeria, cost between $150.000 and $2 million apiece.

This new video is coming days after Davido performed at his sold-out concert in the UK.

Davido donates entire N200M realised after sharing account details on Twitter to orphanages across Nigeria

Nigerian singer Davido has donated all the money he realized after sharing his bank details on Twitter to orphanages across the country.

The music star had earlier hinted at giving away the entire money.

In a statement released via his Twitter and Instagram pages on Saturday, November 20, 2021, the music star said he has set up a committee that will manage and distribute the money to the orphanage homes across the country.

“I am delighted to announce that all the funds received total N200,000,000 will be donated to orphanages across Nigeria as well as the Paroche Foundation,” part of the statement read.

He also revealed that he would be donating N50M in addition to the N200M realised.

The music star and father of three said his goal is to raise funds every year as part of activities to mark his birthday.

He prayed that his colleagues and friends would continue to support his benevolent act.

‘I got into trouble with the government because of #Endsars’ – Davido tells Trevor Noah in new interview

Nigerian music star Davido has revealed how he got into trouble with the Nigerian government during the #EndSars protest in 2020. The singer made this known during his guest appearance at Trevor Noah‘s ‘The Daily Show.’

Noah asked the music star how his song ‘Fem‘ became the anthem for the movement even though the song wasn’t recorded for the protest.

“I did not record that song thinking that was going to happen. Honestly, it is amazing how I saw my voice be an instrument for the people. It was amazing…I got into a lot of trouble, I got into a lot of trouble. I had to actually leave the country it was that bad because I got into a lot of trouble,” he said. “It was amazing to see people come out like that. I’ll tell you this, they listened, they heard us. They might have changed nothing but they were shocked.”

There are reports that Davido’s official photographer, Fortunate Umurname Peter is dead.

According to several posts on social media, the celebrity photographer passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.

“Davido’s photographer Fortune is dead. Jesus Christ. F**k I’m heartbroken, he’s my friend. I’m so heartbroken. It shouldn’t have been fortune God, he’s hardworking, very ambitious, he worked so hard to gain the spot he achieved like wtf,” one of the tweets read.

He was the brain behind most of Davido’s photos on Instagram and a member of his crew.

Fortune was born and raised in Bariga, Lagos but hails from Owerri in Imo state.

He was 24 years old.

Davido lifts suspension of his aide Israel DMW

Nigerian singer Davido has lifted the suspension on his aide and trusted ally, Israel DMW.

The music star and Israel were spotted in a video together for the first time in months, putting to rest the speculations about his suspension.

Davido pays tribute to Obama DMW

Obama DMW reportedly died of suspected heart failure at a hospital in Lekki, Lagos state on Tuesday, June 29.

In a long post shared via his Instagram page on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, the music expressed his sadness over the demise of one of his close associates.

“This is by far the hardest thing I’ve had to write. I am hurt, broken, sad, and lost. For the first time in my life, I am EXTREMELY confused. The pain is one I cannot explain. 44 was more than an elder brother to me, he was a protector,” he wrote.

“He was someone that literally just always made me smile. He would do absolutely anything to make me smile, no matter the issue or problems I had. His response was always “Don’t worry, I’ll talk to them”, “Don’t worry I’ll sort it out”, “Don’t worry I’ll give them something”.

“I would never believe in a millions years I will be writing a tribute like this to someone so dear to me this soon. All my life it’s been “David you’re strong, David you’re strong”. 44 I won’t lie to you, this time around, this one WEAK ME!!”

“I miss you so much 44. You became so peaceful. You ound peace and purpose, a true generational influence. Obama DMW dies after driving himself to hospital

A member of Davido Music Worldwide crew, Obama DMW, Davido’s Road manager is dead.

It was learnt that Obama died at a hospital in Lekki, Lagos State on Tuesday (today), but the cause of his death was not disclosed.

Obama had driven himself to the hospital where he was admitted after complaining of having difficulty in breathing.

He however died shortly after. A video shared by media personality, N6, showed friends and loved ones at the hospital where DMW died. His corpse has been deposited in the mortuary ahead of his burial on June 30.…

Peter Okoye defeats Davido to win his first award as a solo artiste (Photo)

popularly known as Mr P, a former member of default group-Psquare, has won his first award as a solo artiste. He was named best international male artiste at the 2018 edition of the International Achievement Recognition Awards (IARA) in London, UK.

Peter Okoye defeated Davido, Diamond Platnumz, Cassper Nyovest, Medikal, Black Coffee, among others, to win the best international male artiste category.

Sharing the happy on Instagram, he said:

Davido Signs Sauce Kid To DMW

Davido Music Worldwide has reportedly announced the latest addition to its stable in the person of Sauce Kid, now known as Sinzu.

Earlier today, March 28, Davido had posted a tweet teasing his fans that there was a major announcement in the offing and it will be made later tonight during his show in the United States.

He was later spotted on stage in DC alongside Sauce Kid performing the latter’s 2011 hit single Çarolina on stage and in a snapchat post by Davido, it has now been revealed that the latest addition to the ever increasing ranks of his DMW gang is no other person than the rapper formerly known as Sauce Kid.
