BBNaija 2021: We are in love – Emmanuel declares intentions for Liquorose

BBNaija season six finalist Emmanuel has cleared all doubts about his feelings for Liquorose.

Recall that the ex-housemate puzzled EmmaRose shippers on Sunday with his response about what the future held for himself and Liquorose.

Well, it appears that the reality star has made a move to resolve any misconceptions as he recently declared his feelings for Liquorose in his latest interview with Toke Makinwa for Showmax’s ‘The Buzz’. He further revealed that while their feelings are honest, he hopes for the best with his lady by his side.

The couple’s relationship while in the house interestingly sparked some major conversations, some of which was centered on Emmanuel’s intention for the fan-favourite dancer. Critics of the BBNaija birthed union insisted that Emmanuel was only exploiting Liquorose or that they both planned it to remain ahead of the game.

Prior to the season finale, the couple had a heated argument about co-housemate Angel.

BBNaija 2021 finale: Whitemoney wins the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season

The long anticipated season finale is finally here after 10 weeks of an arguably entertaining show with finalists Whitemoney, Liquorose, Angel, Cross and Pere.

Made Kuti kicked off the finale show with a pack-punching performance from the fan park in Lekki. Interestingly, the center was filled with a physical audience, a first since the pandemic. Right after Kuti’s thrilling performance, Big Brother gave the finalists an emotional speech and it was straight on to business from there.

The first finalist to be evicted was surprisingly the veto power holder of the season and one part of the Emmarose ship, Emmanuel.

Angel’s eviction followed closely. The 21-year-old who won fans over for her free-spirited nature was the second finalist to exit the show.

After a thrilling performance from ex-BBN housemate Avala, Ebuka announced the eviction of another fan-favourite housemate Cross leaving the top three of the season- Whitemoney, Liquorose and Pere.

The second runner-up of the season predictably turned out to be the General himself and the king of the Patriots, Pere. The 36-year-old had an intriguing run on the show from joining as a wild card to his spot in the finals getting nearly lost to Angel.

And to the moment fans anticipated all night. With the strongest contenders finally toe-to-toe, the season finale was certainly unlike the previous season where the winner, Laycon was predictable weeks ahead.

Speaking of the previous season, Laycon’s performance preceded performances from Lojay, Ajebo Hustlers and the biggest announcement of the night confirming Whitemoney as the winner of the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season.

Whitemoney won the season in a landslide victory scooping 47% of viewers votes. Liquorose came second place with 22.99% of votes.

BBNaija 2021: Saga reveals why he failed prank task

‘Shine Ya Eye’ lover boy Saga has finally opened up to Biggie about why he called off his prank task.

During the housemate’s diary session, he admitted that he couldn’t keep the act up due to his attachment to Nini.

“Nini is very smart so I didn’t start immediately. I took my time. When I started the task in the evening and it got to her until she said I should not talk to her again,” Saga said.

“At this point, I knew that I had done the task but I didn’t know for how long the task should go. She got into a fight with Cross and I had to leave my character and intervene. If the fight didn’t happen I would have continued the task.

“I passed the task up to a point but I think I failed the task. I suspect liquorose is also on the same task and she’s doing a good job, I am quite attached to Nini so it was a bit harder.”

Recall that Biggie instructed Saga to pick a fight with Nini on Tuesday. The prank task came with the offer of 200 Abeg Naira and 100 BB Token.

However, barely 20 hours after the prank task was issued, Saga ratted himself out following Nini’s emotional outburst after an altercation with Cross.

Meanwhile, Biggie issued both Saga and Nini a punishment supposedly for Saga’s failure to complete the task. The housemates woke up to a messy garden on Thursday morning with a letter addressed to Saga and Nini instructing them to clean up without the assistance of other housemates.

BBNaija 2021: Maria raises alarm over missing condoms in the house

Maria has raised an alarm over the reduction of condoms in the house.

The former air hostess made her revelation known while speaking to Liquorose, Emmanuel and Nini in the Blue room.

She sensed that a number of the housemates were already having sex in the house.

Condoms have reduced in this house. We have just 18 left out of 34. I feel like some people have been making love,” she said.

Nini supported Maria’s claims saying she knows who may have used some of them.

The housemates also debated about those who they suspected. Some said it could be Saskay and others mentioned JayPaul.

BBNaija 2021: 5 interesting and surprising highlights after the Saturday Night Party

Big Brother Naija’s Saturday Night Parties are known to be lit but the after-party moments remain unmatched.

After the 3rd Saturday Night Party in Biggie’s house, some of the housemates gave viewers so many reasons to stay awake.

For those who slept off, here are some of the interesting, mind-blowing and embarrassing moments from the after party.

Okay, guys, we all know these two have been steadily cruising on a yet-to-be-named ship since Michael arrived in the house.

Things got heated after the party as Jackie B confronted Michael over his wandering eyes with some of the female housemates (Angel in particular).

Michael and Jackie B left viewers dumbfounded as they went on and on about the status and boundary of their yet-to-be-defined relationship. Many believed Michael outsmarted Jackie in the argument with the use of some complex and unnecessary words.

While the party was going on, Boma and Queen, another undefined ship, had their little argument. After the party, Boma told his friends, Emmanuel and Sammie that he didn’t want to be put in a box by Queen. According to him, ‘I be Okro.’ (Whatever that means).

When he decided to have the conversation with Queen who was tipsy, it ended in a shouting match. Boma kept on screaming at Queen and it took Emmanuel to savour the heated moment.

Cross has become notorious for making the housemates drink excessively during the Saturday night parties. Well, this weekend, he probably drank past his limit.

The former pro-footballer spent the early hours of the morning staggering, making so much noise and falling from one bed to another.
